Fred George Aandahl - Aandahl Fred George Aandahl was a representative from North Dakota to the United States Congress. He was born in Litchville, Barnes County, North Dakota on April 9, 1897. Aandahl graduated from Litchville High School; from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks in 1921 and became a farmer. He was superintendent of Litchville's schools from 1922-1927.
