Hu

In Egyptian mythology, Hu was the god of the word which Ra used to create the world (and was also the word itself). He, and Sia, were created from a drop of blood that came from Ra's penis. They both represented the mind and wisdom of Ra.


Hu is also a Chinese family name represented by the character 胡.


Hu is also an abbreviation for Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
