Miller v. California

Miller v. California 413 US 15 1973 is an important U.S. Supreme Court case involving the freedom of speech.

The case

Argued 18-19 January 1972. Reargued 7 November 1972. Decided 21 June 1973. The opinion of the court was delivered by Chief Justice Warren Burger.

This case established the Miller test.
