Motorola 68008

The Motorola MC68008 is a 8/16/32bit microprocessor from the early 1980's. It is an 8-bit bus version of the Motorola MC68000, and can address 1MB of memory (with a 48 pin version) or 4MB of memory (with a 52 pin version).

The original 48 pin version was used in the Sinclair QL to make maximum use of 8-bit technology on the motherboard, while counting with a strong processing engine.\n
