Rafiq Hariri

Rafiq Bahaa Edine Hariri (born 1944) is the Prime Minister of Lebanon. He worked in Saudi Arabia in the 1970s, ending up a powerful construction tycoon, and became a citizen of Arabia in 1978, and became Arabia's emissary to Lebanon. He became PM of Lebanon in 1992 to 1998, then again from 2000.
