Vaslui

Vaslui (population: 70,000) is a city in Vaslui county, Romania.

History

First appearance of the city of Vaslui is in 1435, when Ilies becomes a voivode of Moldavia. In 1439 and 1440 the tatars invaded Moldavia and the city was burnt.
